Auburn's defense is young and very good. Defense wins football games.

Yep.

If Kentucky's D could get a stop, they'd win this one.

Stoops is gonna eventually get this program turned around.

The Beards have already won.

It's time for that funny shaped ball.

It's scoreless in the fifth... great baseball pitching. The A's rookie pitcher is hanging in w verlander.

Northwestern is beating Ohio State in the fourth.

That's a good thing.

Whoa... Goal line stand. Very close call.

The kid pitching for the A's looks to be about 12.

As a born and bred Kentuckian, I just wish they could dribble a football . . . .
waiting on basketball season!

Anybody who ridicules me for being a Kentucky fan during football season gets the rote response, "the odd-shaped ball thing is just something we do to pass the time in between basketball seasons".

Verlander just pitched out of a jam... scoreless into the eighth. Gotta love how baseball builds drama in the playoffs.

Full in now that Ohio St survived.

Nobody loves baseball more than me.

I'll be coaching a double header at 2 and 5 tomorrow.

The A's pitcher looks like he could play on my 14u team.

I'm a HUGE Bosox fan.

I have great tickets on the first base line for game 4 in the Trop.

I'm now in the uncomfortable position of rooting for the Rays in the 3rd so there will be a 4th.

Dammit!

I'm very worried about the bosox... I think we can out pitch y'all... but the A's are extremely tough too. Play ball.

I dunno.

We've got the bats, and our bullpen is lights out.

Ok... but the tiger starting pitching is unmatched... especially the top three... even the fourth. Benoit is as good as any one closing... but our set up guys are maybe better. Especially if you include the starter fister. I do respect ur lineup... but I think we match up fine there too.

To be honest... I'm glad cle and kc aren't in the mix.

Our bats are legion, and you don't give enough respect to our pitching.

Koji Uehara would make Benoit his bitch.

Respect the beards.

We have this years cy young winner, last years cy young winner... and sanchez was the low era starter...

Starting pitching is sort of important. Then we have fister and a strong line to benoit... at best you hold it own.

I'll give you a slight edge at bat... but not much there with fielder, cabrera, martinez... I hope that's the alcs.
