The Governor refers to a '1996 law defining marriage between a man and woman.' Does he refer to the DOMA which was struck down by the Supreme Court on June 26 of this year? If DOMA is the law he was referring to, then AHA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!
It must really suck to be sooooo far behind the times. This is yet another reason why there will never be another Republican POTUS. This is also probably why this will be the last term for the Republican Governor of PA.
