Navy’s Plan for 306-Ship Fleet Fading Away

I remember when Reagan was trying to build a 600 ship Navy. Some are now wondering if the current budget environment will allow a fleet size of  250.

Has nothing, whatsoever, to do with President Barack Hussein Obama's Sequestration plan.
