These are videos of fake people going to private businesses that are handing out phones, and basically telling the business that they plan to sell the phones.

In your mind, does this justify usage of the term 'obamaphone'?

No. But it does justify drug testing everyone on any federal or state aid program.

Does that include owners of corporations who receive corporate welfare, which is federal aid, or should they be exempt?

Everyone who has a job and/or pays federal taxes should be exempt.

There are plenty of people who have jobs and receive federal aid - student loans is one example. Many students work and go to school and pay federal taxes, but still receive federal aid.

We can stop drug testing them once their student loans are paid back.

I got my free Obamaphone right after they were offered, in fact, I got one for every member of my family including my dog Bear. I didn't include and I.D, or photographs since I told them I was too poor to have any I.D. They came in a week.

There is no such thing as an obamaphone. The program is called the Lifeline Benefit Program and it was initiated under Ronald Reagan.

Lifeline

"In 2005, Lifeline discounts were made available to qualifying low-income consumers on pre-paid wireless service plans in addition to traditional landline service. Lifeline is part of the Universal Service Fund."

That's right, under Bush, in 2005, people were able to get discounts on mobile phone services. You could correctly call these the Bush phones.

the life line program is run by the FCC.

usage of these phones has gone up from 819 million $$$$ in 2008 to 2.2 BILLION in 2012.

The gov is using these phones as bribery bread. They are even including these phones in bills now as bribery bread. Now they have included internet as part of the bribery bread.
