What's going on at Stooderville?

I drove by the Ballpark this morning and saw that there was lot of excavating in progress. Anybody know what they are doing?

The park was built on an ancient indian burial ground.
They're in the process of relocating the bodies.

Either that or the FBI thinks that Jimmy Hoffa is buried there.

I think building a new building which will be a mixed use and was approved last month. Real estate offices, commercial space, and condos on top.

Quint dropped a quarter of his own money on the ground and couldn't find it so he hired a digging crew with county money not to stop digging till they found his quarter.

After reading the article about taxes this morning in the PNJ I suspect it is a tax dodge of some sort.
