The Insiders: Democrats are trying to suppress the confusion and hide the cost of ObamaCare

“I don’t know if Members of Congress will be hearing about it in town hall gatherings and other meetings back home over the Fourth of July recess, but the rolling thunder of the approaching ObamaCare train can be heard in the distance. Smart Democrats are beginning to get frantic about the need to suppress the confusion and hide the cost of ObamaCare between now and the 2014 midterm elections. We are just three months away from the October 1st enrollment start date and so far, nothing about the ObamaCare implementation process should be politically encouraging for Democrats. In fact, the more people learn about ObamaCare, the more frightened they become.”
Right now, small businesses across America are making the final determinations on how to reduce the working hours of their employees so fewer employees qualify for the mandated, employer-provided health insurance. Employers are also deciding whether it makes more economic sense to pay a fine to the government or pay for healthcare benefits for their employees. What this means is that hundreds of thousands – and perhaps even millions – of Americans will learn that they are being dismissed from their employer’s healthcare coverage.”

Wall Street Journal: “Health-Insurance Costs Set for a Jolt”
Today's Wall Street Journal sounds the latest alarm on the looming rate shock set to hit Americans when Obamacare takes effect reporting that healthy individuals could see their rates double or triple. The Wall Street Journal's analysis echoes similar findings compiled in an Energy and Commerce Committee report released in May on "The Looming Premium Rate Shock." The committee report chronicled internal analyses provided by 17 of the nation's largest health insurance companies. One leading insurance company that insures millions of Americans predicts premiums will nearly double for individuals getting a new plan, while those keeping their insurance will see an average increase of 73 percent, and some individuals could see increases over 400 percent. Many Americans, from recent college graduates to older adults, will not be able to afford the law's higher costs.

There you go again...'berating' the cowh and his wonderful plan for ALL Americans!....You trolling for 'nightmare'?.....Never thought that the expression of All Americans being equal meant that plan included lowering to become poor...Is this redistribution of wealth?....

It's part of redistribution of wealth. What do you want to bet that some of the taxes created by Obamacare, fees and the forcing of everyone to pay penalties for insurance gets spent on other things beyond Obamacare?

That won't be possible. The cost of ObamaCare is going to be so great that in spite of all the taxes with ObamaCare, it will still be deep, deep in the hole.

At some point we need to listen to what the key leftists say instead of just running with some feel good ideologic intent.

DR. DONALD BERWICK: ... that any health care funding plan that is just, equitable, civilized and humane must -- must -- redistribute wealth from the richer among us to the poor and the less fortunate. Excellent health care is, by definition, redistribution.

More lies. So sad that all you can do is spew lies.......
The PPACA is already lowering prices for insurance premiums in states that have set up the insurance exchanges.
Check out the facts:

Obviously not....hard to hold down a job while in the self-centered/self-pity mode. He is too focused on him

Obviously anyone that supports ObamaCare has lost their damn mind.

I glad Obama has decided to embrace the name "ObamaCare". When it fails miserably people need to remember where it came from.

Fail to the chief!

Your misleading point might apply to young, healthy adults but not everyone. Cherry picker. If you want to read something that may help you improve your obviously low self-esteem try this:

Post your facts to dispute mine. Otherwise, shut the hell up. The streamlining of the electronic medical record system in itself is going to save millions in doctor's time.

youre dreaming.

I want you to try and imagine a data base that has every single person medical history past and present who ever sees a doctor in the USA that is fully functional and cost effective.

BTW. most hospitals have a EMR, this is about total connection and total oversight and access for the GOV to have power and access to every little thing about every body.

Its a monster and don't expect it to be fully functional any time soon.

See, I actually work in healthcare. I can see how it is working firsthand, and it is working. So sad that your delusional paranoia keeps you from looking at this objectively. Your shallow arguments against getting everyone to see a doctor on a regular basis hold no water. You can only spout some paranoid bullshit that would give Glenn Beck a big boner.

If this healthcare is the major achievement of this administration then why are members of Congress attempting to avoid being under the same system?...These same leaders(?) complained also that they will not be able to hire staffs because of the increase in costs...If it ain't good enough for them and their employees then HOW is it the right thing for anyone else?...

Sigh. There is almost no sense in pointing out facts to you so you can misinterpret them. Try this little factoid Poser (if you can wrap your tiny closed mind around it) - the guvmint can't even do what they are demanding from private organizations.

"After 4 Years and $1 Billion, the VA and DoD Abandon Plans for a Fully Integrated EHR
Even as the federal government is incentivizing hospitals, physicians, and all types of healthcare providers to adopt and use electronic health records (EHRs), it has admitted failure in its own attempt to integrate EHRs that serve two of the nation’s largest health benefits programs.

Those two programs, the Veterans Administration (VA) and the Department of Defense (DoD), provide healthcare to millions of individuals. In recent years, the two agencies have spent hundreds of millions of dollars to interface and integrate their respective EHR systems."

Millions in doctors time?  Oh please, WTH do you know about it? The primary reason for electronic records is to have precise, accurate and up to date patient records that are rapidly accessible. Problem is...all electronic records are not integrated.

That is precisely what the PPACA is doing, genius, integrating all medical records. You quote all the blogs you care to in your opposition to every American getting access to quality medical care. Go ahead. But you are fighting against a healthier America. I am fighting for a healthier America.

Who cares more about their country?
You, railing against healthier Americans, and for free healthcare.
