His name is Jeff Lechus and this is what he said about the video on his facebook page...
"I got this tornado video trying to get to my son. We are all ok. Cole's school was hit but no one was hurt that I am aware of. I stopped to call Tiffany and let her know it missed our house. It was a fortunate delay because I would have been driving right into the path had I kept going."
