Recess appointments made by COWH ruled unconstitutional

I choose intelligence and facts. Sometimes they are with President Obama, and sometimes they are not..........to be able to discern the difference is important.

That will be one of many issues the Supreme Court will review. Clearly, once a year these appointments will be easy to do when congress breaks for the year......the intra breaks have a split of authority on appeals courts and quite honestly, I will be reading this carefully in the next few weeks, but this will be complex because both parties have used strategies to create a sham in session illusion, .......and again both parties have done this.......It will be interesting to see how the court rules, but to come to the conclusion that one court makes the rules in split lower court decisions.....well I think we had these discussions on the health care bill......deja vu.
