Gun violence is so rampant in Chicago that he would literally have to cry on cue everyday to keep up with what is going on in Chicago despite the draconian gun laws that already exist. If it's not working there, why would anyone think it will work elsewhere? Gangbangers and criminals WILL get their guns and WILL shoot whomever the hell they want no matter what law exists.
