Did you ever have the Rainbow Ice cream at the Dairy Bar? OMG it was awesome and it was not sherbert. We use to order the 5 gallon containers of Rainbow Ice Cream.

Yes, when the Ledfords sold the restaurant...they told the new owners to leave the menu and recipes alone. First thing they did was change the menu, recipes, and the quality vendors. They didn't last long.
McGuire turned it into a Gold Mine, again. In note the Firehouse was the first restaurant that had to follow minimum wage law for waitresses because of the restaurant's gross earnings.
