WHAT IS THE major flaw OF A CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ?

It's a damn monopoly along with all the BS that entails. If you don't like their product who gives a flip you have ZERO recourse ?....If they want to charge a fortune for their crappy services there is nothing you can do about it. If you are attacked due to their extreme incompetence they just demand more and more power over every aspect of the society and no one in the worthless slovenly federal government gets even a wrist slap for failing grossly to do their jobs. They exempt themselves from laws that apply to all other people and even law enforcement. They can arrest and keep you incarcerated indefinitely.. They can kill whosoever they deem a threat to themselves...When Texas tried to reject the TSA the federal government threatened to shoot down any planes flying into Texas. Their only tool is FORCE and they have no punishment for mistakes in using that force....

That's all very true.
BUT, can you now lay out what the scenario be if there was NO central government? And if your scenario is a utopia, I have a nice bridge over Pensacola Bay I'd like to offer you.

The founding fathers envisioned a confederation of states. They all were governed locally where it was closer to the public they served. If they got out of hand they were more quickly exposed and routed. If you found that, say California sucked and that they had taxes and laws that didn't suit you you packed up and moved to Alabama...along with your tax money..enough people do that California reforms and changes it's ways....The Feds on the other hand have no such worries they just take and take and laugh at the public they were supposed to serve.
