Justices on the Florida Supreme Court

I cant find anything with their job performances on it. How are yall voting?

I'm voting to retain them all just because Rick Scott is pushing to have them removed. What Scott, Haridopolus and the rest of the cabal in Tallabassee is trying to do is "court stack" much like FDR attempted to do in the 1930s. Scott and the state government have already lost two important cases that are now on appeal (3% salary rape of state employees and teacher evaluation implementation using standardized testing as main evaluation tool). Actually, teacher evaluation is going to be totally revamped as it was thrown out.

I am voting to retain them as they have not bent to the political winds that blow.

I dont know. I will have to look it up.

I will say is that I always refrain from voting at all if I dont understand what the outcome is either way.

I got a booklet in the mail that says the florida supreme court is liberal. I havnt read it all yet.
