Watched games all weekend. So proud of my daughter and her team of middle school players. It is so obvious to see they share the same goal... the “Desire to Win.”
They have advanced from being easily defeated while they developed skills needed to advance to the top. Now, they are handily blowing the same teams out of the water. There defense is impeccable. They actually “Watch the Ball”, they steal with ease and grace while playing as one. Their shots are fluid and artful. My two granddaughters, as well as one other, are skillful 3 point shooters.
Congratulations to my daughter and her assistant coach, both former AAU and 4 year high school varsity players. You have taught sound fundamentals, motivation of play, while instilling in them the desire and the ability to win.
