Paris Hilton claims she could have been princess Di but for the sex tape

Dear God the loss of perspective and common sense in America. Celebrity has elected a President, and a person who had no talent, no accomplishment but for her father's and grandfather's wealth, thinks she could have been Princess Di, but for a sex tape. What happens to a person who is bestowed 15 minutes of celebrity to think they are accomplished and worthy. It is a deep American flaw that Hollywood or reality stars have any purpose other than a sex tape, because that sex tape and our reality star President spewing his verbal pornography is one and the same.

Entitlement.

I never have understood the celebrity of someone like a Kardasian or a Hilton. They have accomplished nothing. I get an actor with talent. A sports figure. I do not get reality stars. She is comparing herself to Lady Di, like she is royal. When we left the British Monarchy, there seems to be a need to fill that gap with celebrity. It is so sad.

Yeesh. That girl's got about three brain cells, and they're fightin'.

I don't hate Paris Hilton quite as much as most, because a friend of mine knew a guy who installed a TV in her house. The guy was just a regular blue-collar guy, and said that Paris was really friendly and nice to him, treated him just like anybody else. So, that improved my opinion of her a bit.

But, she is dumb as a bag of rocks. Really dumb rocks. Her dog went missing once, so she printed out a bunch of fliers with his picture on it... and her personal phone number, and stuck them all over L.A., not foreseeing the maelstrom of phone harassment she was going to get from that. She had to get her number changed fast.

Damn, I was hoping your friends story as a cable guy involved sex. I remember when I was 19 years old and I had a job at the car dealership driving customers home as their car was being worked on.........I have some stories. The sixties and seventies were a beautiful thing, but today celebrity can be from a utube about your cat.
