I guess that's why they call it the NBA and not the NONOA ace.

I purchased the NBA package to watch all the Bull games, and three of the last four were blocked because they were showing on national tv. I watched the game on another channel, yet I am still paying for the access. I think if I make it to next year, I will pay for the entire package, rather than just the Bulls games. There are just so many incredible players this year. I have NEVER enjoyed watching NBA games in my entire life. I used to be a NFL junkie, and this year I just cannot find enjoyment when I know folks are getting life ending injuries to their brains. I will try next year to enjoy the NFL, but I do not even care about the playoffs. The truth is that the NBA product is superior. The contracts are going to get obscene at their tv market share continues to grow.

I am looking forward to the College football bowls, and particularly Wisconsin vs Western Michigan in the Cotton Bowl.

I think Wisconsin will just turn it into an arm wrestling contest... and they out weigh wmu by 50 lbs. The only scenario where that changes is if wmu gets an early 10+ point lead. Even then Wisconsin has offensive weapons. It's been a great season for both teams... but it isn't likely to be an interesting game.

Wisconsin is rated 8th and was a few minutes from being in the national championship series. They are probably higher than 8th, so I agree that it will be a tough challenge for Western Michigan, but PJ has an opportunity to take the MAC to someplace they have never been.........

I did not get the NFL package this year....I missed seeing all the games but I did get more accomplished.

I love basketball but never got the package.  I was explaining to a couple of the kids being coached by my kids they need to watch some pro games. Shooting a basketball is artistic. You don't slam the ball unless you are dunking...and they can't. The shot needs to be soft and fluid....hopefully they will practice some exercises to master their shot.

I used to spend hours on kids tucking their shooting arm into the middle of their body mass and extending the arm up with the wrist extending and dropping as the ball is released. Over and over forcing that arm and elbow to the center and forcing them to drop the wrist in one fluid motion. In the beginning they always shot better with their home grown methods, but with time it was amazing to see how the pure shooting motion would catch on. I always wondered who coached Noah when he was a kid with that funky shooting motion. When you watch the MVP shoot you literally see the perfection of that elbow in and wrist follow up. Fundamentals can never be underplayed.

With girls and smaller boys....they have to incorporate their legs to make the shots.

Our point guard in hs had an incredible jump shot... it had so much arc that it literally froze the game. It was something to see... it landed softly too... never kicking out hard. He won the ncaa tournament and was a pretty good NBA player. I was the only starter that didn't play bball in college... but two bench players also played college ball. Our center was a 7 footer... and both forwards were 6'9". But... we never even won our district. Poor coaching hotdogs ruined a very talented team.

A coach can harm a kid. A coach can give a kid life skills. Some should never be coaches.

They just announced that JR Smith is out for four months because of thumb surgery. He is a key component to the Cavs and many a game was won when he was in a zone. Without him, they are not the same team.

Hate to hear that about Smith....

Ya'll are right about coaches. I thought high school coaches should be given a minimal base salary and extra money for games won, especially with the girls. To many coaches will not play to win and most of the male coaches do not want to coach "a girl" team.

So any predictions for today's matchup between the Cavs and Warriors? The Warriors tend to win in the regular season and the Cavs win when it matters. Plus with JR out, I'll call this one for the Warriors.

But at the same time I wouldn't be surprised if LeBron decided to go off for a 40 point triple double since it's Christmas and there will be a large audience. Unlikely because he usually looks to rest during the regular season, but it's possible.

Jr was having a great year, and the Cavs had been close to the leader in three points all season. He will be missed and if he is gone the four months some have suggested, that will definitely impact how the cavs will play. The better team lost in the playoffs last year. They will not lose today. They will not lose in the playoffs. For me the Bulls versus Spurs is the more important game. Both teams could be an impediment of the favorite teams in their division. Lately the Bulls have been losing to weak teams and beating good teams. The Spurs are very good, but if they let the Bulls beat them a second time this year, I do not think they can get by the clippers or the warriors. Good basketball today. I am watching old game of thrones online, and will switch over to the game at three PM.

Good game, but clearly the Warriors are light years ahead of the Cavs. I have been impressed with Kristin Thompson's play. It would be a blow out without his rebounding, defense, and the second chances he creates. The Warriors are a very good team.

Warriors the better team lose again with a poorly designed last play. 14 point lead and a bit of slack off allow a lesser team to win. The Bulls have been letting lesser teams win against them all year. It is a mental state of taking your foot off the accelerator. The Cavs Jefferson at 36 had a great game. This one is on Kerr.

Me and my parents were all jumping around shouting when Irving hit that layup.  Ohhhh!!!

I will say this though.  Let's give a round of applause for the Warriors.  They have assembled the greatest assortment of all stars that any NBA team has ever seen.  Unfortunately, just not enough to defeat the GOAT!

Lebron is the GOAT!

And I just noticed that the Cavs won with only an eight man roster.  Hahahaha.  The super team warriors cycled a 12 player rotation.

Hey, you gotta do what you gotta do against the GOAT.

He is not the goat, but he certainly has a path to the same. The Bulls had the better team beat them in the first quarter. They are out of sync, but aldredge going 9 for 9 was amazing. How I saw the Spurs play tonight was much different when the Bulls beat them on the boards last time. A very good team.

The Bulls are last in the NBA in 3 point efficiency and field goals. They have been dominating rebounding and playing good defense. I did not think the loss of Carter Williams was such a big deal, but clearly Valentine is not ready to play with the second team as he rushes his shots. Good basketball. I hope to get to watch Wesbrook who is playing the best ball in the NBA right now, and he is a force to deal with. I like OK. They are one player away from being a contender.

Oh he is in fact the GOAT.  What in your estimation is Jordan's greatest ring?  No answer you could provide is better than LeBron's.  Jordan never faced competition like LeBron, and yet LeBron still gets it done with a rag tag team of players who have never seen the finals and a first year coach...against a 72-9 team.

Jordan's greatest feat isn't even in the same zip code as that.  Jordan won six rings with teams that were heavily stronger than his competition.  Whoopty freaking do!
