That is an entirely false narrative. First, the Justice Department can at anytime seek a subpoena to turn over the server. The DNC rightfully would protest an overbroad subpoena and would ask the court to do an in camera review of proprietary and secret files which the DNC may not want public, but the computer logs would not be protected by the judge and would establish how the computer was entered. The DNC has every right to wait for that subpoena in order to get before a judge to outline how sensitive material will be protected from disclosure. No lawyer advising DNC would turn over the server voluntarily until the court under the subpoena had established the breath of the same.

I do not know if you spontaneously thought that the DNC is hiding something, or if you are swallowing some more Russian propaganda, but it is illogical and makes no sense the position you have taken.

Hard to imagine there are enough people like Pkrbum living in this alternative universe to elect someone as unqualified as tRump.

It's really bizarre to see people trying to claim that Max Boot is slinging some kind of liberal propaganda. Except for the fact of course that the dems have lost a historic amount of elected positions over the last eight years. What's happening is that while you're in a ideological haze the people are looking at results. Not promises... not give aways... no more crap legislation disguised as noble intention.
