I borrowed that from late night......you have to laugh, because if it is true, we are in so much trouble that we let our collective guard down and let our enemies enter our political process. We have become FIFA the international soccer association which pays to play, and where corruption is the rule not the exception........but fair and red square it could be.

What did the Russians do exactly to tilt the election? With proof of course?

It's coming. He's been in collusion w/ the Russians from the beginning and it will take the dumber people awhile before it sets in.

Christopher Steele, the former MI6 agent who investigated Donald Trump’s alleged Kremlin links, was so worried by what he was discovering that at the end he was working without pay, The Independent has learned.

Mr Steele also decided to pass on information to both British and American intelligence officials after concluding that such material should not just be in the hands of political opponents of Mr Trump, who had hired his services, but was a matter of national security for both countries.

However, say security sources, Mr Steele became increasingly frustrated that the FBI was failing to take action on the intelligence from others as well as him. He came to believe there was a cover-up, that a cabal within the Bureau blocked a thorough inquiry into Mr Trump, focusing instead on the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails.

We can only hope that some of the advisors around Mr. T will open his eyes to what is going on. He admires Putin as a strongman, wishes probably that he could run this country the same way Putin runs Russia without pesky interference from a free press and political opposition.

Today it is reported that at the moment Mr. T is toying with the idea of lifting sanctions against Russia. That would sure be great for Exxon. Wonder if there are any Trump/Putin/ Exxon dots to connect? Oh wait.

It's not a question about What the Russians Did so much as a question about What the FBI DIDN'T DO. After the closed session with members of The House Friday, when many were seen to be in varying degrees of outrage and disappointment but could not speak directly as to what exactly had taken place given the secret nature of topics we can now start to fill in some of the blanks.

The New York office, in particular, appeared to be on a crusade against Ms Clinton. Some of its agents had a long working relationship with Rudy Giuliani, by then a member of the Trump campaign, since his days as public prosecutor and then Mayor of the city.  

As the election approached, FBI director James Comey made public his bombshell letter saying that Ms Clinton would face another email investigation. Two days before that Mr Giuliani, then a part of the Trump team, talked about “a surprise or two you’re going to hear about in the next few days. We’ve got a couple of things up our sleeve that should turn things around”.

After the letter was published Mr Giuliani claimed he had heard from current and former agents that “there’s a kind of revolution going on inside the FBI” over the original decision not to charge Ms Clinton and that Mr Comey had been forced by some of his agents to announce the reinvestigation. Democrats demanded an investigation into how Mr Giuliani acquired this knowledge without getting an answer.

If you believe that the 17 major American intelligence agencies are lying about Putin's successful attempt to hack into Hillary's emails and release them through Wikileaks, with the objective of swaying the presidential election to Trump, and that there has been contact with some of Trump's campaign advisors and assistants with Russians commanded by Putin, there is no proof.

Of course, there is ALSO no proof whatever that Trump's statements that he won the presidency fair and square, and that Russia's hacking (which he now admits took place) had any real effect on the election.  The question is, whom do you believe?  The guy who's going to build the big wall with Mexico's money, who was going to deport 12 million illegal aliens living in the U.S., and who was going to bar all Muslims from coming here, and create a Muslim registry to keep watch on all of them?  The same guy, you realize, who promised to be faithful to the first two of his three wives, and who promised great success in real estate sales to all the folks who lost their life's savings by entering his phony Trump University?  Or who promised the sky and stars to Giuliani and Christy and then dumped them (insert sound of toilet flushing)?!

One aspect of the current mess Trump has provoked interests me:  the FBI purposefully hurt Hillary just ten days before the election by announcing they were going to reopen the investigation into her emails, etc., and yet they are staunch supporters of the claims by all the other intelligence agencies that Putin meddled in our election with Trump's help and knowledge.  

So which side is Comey REALLY on?

Poor Rudy is entering early stage dementia, and Christy got payback from Trump's sil...........so what was learned? President elect Trump listens to his family. I have made this prediction. He will not last two years. He will implode, or become bored. It will be President Pence. I hope he achieves entitlement reform before the implosion.

Lots of gyrations... little substantive info. Try to imagine an election where hillary didn't use an illegal server. What do you suppose would've happened? I think she'd have won easily. She blew it... not comey.

The server Hillary used was certainly legal. The use of the term illegal is incorrect and used to create an innuendo of wrong doing. The FBI was clear. there was no violation of the law. How long do I need to point this clear and precise point. Hillary did not break the law, and for you to suggest that her act of using a private server was illegal would make most members of congress criminals. It is just mind boggling that this simple concept cannot be absorbed.

When will you learn to be fair? The question here isn't what Hillary did or didn't do with her emails or campaigning. The question is whether the leaked emails -- orchestrated by Putin -- swayed the election. Yes, a lot of what Hillary did was wrong. But what Putin did was ten times as wrong -- he interfered with our country's electoral process and helped to taint our democracy -- and there is some evidence Trump's staff was working in cahoots with Putin. She has so much baggage even without the illegal server, I don't think she could have won the election. One or two of the states she is whining about losing she never even visited. She really believed it was in the bag.
