Telster has been banned from this forum. Joanimaroni responsible?

Were you listening?  I said he sent a private message to me and believes he has been banned.  Why should I disbelieve him?

I don't support banning anyone for anything other than disclosing personal information or physical threats.  

I looked up Telstar and his page was still there although I have no clue what would, or would not show if a person is banned.

By the way Wordslinger, I don't dislike you in the least.  I have no reason to dislike you.  I fervently disagree with some of your beliefs but that doesn't make you a bad person.

As to Telstar, if he has been banned, let us know why and if it is not a substantial reason, agreed to by all, then undo the mistake.

Thanks.  I knew you would join me in opposing banning anyone for expressing their political beliefs in this forum.  By the way, from your knowledge, who are the "moderators" here?

The banning had absolutely nothing to do with with an expression of political beliefs. I fought for Markle's right to post as well as Pace. I am not a hypocrite; if I don't like an opinion no big deal--I scroll passed.

THE banning was in response to Telstar's 3 am posting a large nude picture of Melania Trump introducing her as the next First Lady. His post was deleted. Early the next morning he posted the same picture as his avatar. Boards removed his avatar and agreed with inappropriate posts. After Boards deleted his avatar, Telstar came back on in the early am and posted yet another avatar picture of Melania nude. I banned him.

As far as Bill goes, he was permanently banned from this forum by Boards. The banning was after multiple warnings to stop threatening individual posters.....his threats were made on the forum, in private messages, and if I am not mistaken via phone calls. THAT is abnormal behaviour.

It does seem that Joani has it in for Telstar -- doesn't like that he's from New York, for some strange reason -- and I wouldn't  be surprised if she was actually happy to find an excuse to  be done with him.   Well, I don't love everything he posts but he does add to the interest and diversity of thought and culture on this forum and I think Boards should bring him back, or at least try TALKING with him first, as a long time forum member.  That's only fair and decent, seems to me.

From what she's described of Bill, I haven't seen anything like that behavior from Tel.

It was inappropriate to post a nude of Melania Trump on the forum. However, you were referring to Micelle as a yeti just last week. The disrespect goes both ways, and Michelle Obama was the butt end of a lot of it from your side during the last 8 years. If a nude of Michelle had been available on the internet it would have been virally exploited by you wingnuts.

Melania is exploitable in probably more ways than Michelle was, and will not be respected by the left during Trump's presidency any more than Michelle was during the Obama years. You just need to get over it now and move on.
