Trump running out of time as controversies pile up

Excerpt:

Washington (CNN) — Donald Trump's tax controversy and his self-destructive lack of discipline threaten to drain the Republican nominee of something he can't afford: time.

It looks like the GOP hitched its wagon to the wrong horse for 2016.

I said back in the Fall GOP debates of 2015 that a massive GOP defeat was in the making when the election finally did come around...... The votemaster over at www.electoralvote.com shows Clinton at 323 electoral votes, compared to 215 for Trump.

Like I've said over and over it will be Bush for the GOP in 2020, maybe even a Bush/Cruz ticket but it will be hard to wash the Trump stink off of Cruz. More likely Bush/Rubio. Not that Bush will win the White House for them but Bush is the only name that does win the White House for them, since Nixon left in disgrace.

This is pretty much in line with Nate Silver's projections: Hillary gets 68.1% and Trump gets 31.9% or in electoral votes Clinton 382 and Trump 235.
