Clinton -- with certain reservations I've always had about her, and still wishing we had a true statesperson on the ballot -- but with absolute, unwavering confidence that, given our two options, Clinton is the far, far wiser choice for the nation.

I'm voting for Hillary but would rather have had Bernie run against Trump. I think he would have stood a much better chance of beating Trump than she has but the party machinery would not stand for it nor would the corporate media who sold out to the ratings God.
Here's a link to Nate Silver's site on polling results. I think he's the most accurate since he crunches the numbers of many other polls and has been totally right in his election predictions. Back in the primary Bernie's numbers were better than HRC's but that's just too bad at this point. Given the options I am left with her. Hope she wins for sure but the numbers are getting closer day by day. Florida used to be light blue a few weeks ago, not so much any more. It will be interesting to see how the debate performance will effect the numbers.

Having spent the majority of my career in a middle management position, often working with other women -- many in clerical positions, but not all -- I came to the conclusion that, in the workplace, women are their own worst enemies. Lots of envy and sniping at their own sex. Really dumb and counter-productive.
Am certainly not directing this comment at Joanie, because I don't know her or her mind or heart at all. Am just throwing it out there as an observation based on my own experience, prompted by Sal's thought-provoking cartoon.
