North Korea exploded its first nuclear warhead on George W. Bush's watch. He was too distracted by the messy war he started in Iraq to do anything about it.

I disagree. North Korea was going to proceed with Nuclear no matter who was President and who we wish to scapegoat. The Chinese hate the regime. They do not like them Nuclear, but they do not want to see a unified Korea under the guidance of America at their southern border. So the Koreans know that the major powers are frozen, and they are off the chart whacked.....so game on.

Worked as well as Lame Duck President Barack Hussein Obama's plan with Iran.

That little prick and his goon squad in North Korea aren't going to commit suicide. Not unless they get invaded. And blustering with the nukes is just a way of saying "don't mess with us".
