That could mean striving to ensure that even if Democrats win the White House, they are unable to boost an incoming president by making significant gains in Congress.

All Hillary or Bernie will do is run Republican ads, or Republicans talking about candidate Trump.......when the special interests determined that the Republican Party was going to be hijacked by Dixiecrats and become a party of hate and fear at the behest of the special interests......they forgot that they could be out dumbed.......stupid and fear is not a monopoly, and sadly traditional Republicans have sat back and allowed this to happen where traditional Republicans were fine with increasing hateful rhetoric until it blew up in their faces.
