Oh Oh.....the Supreme Court just sent a clear message to obstructionist.

By a vote of 7-1 the Supreme Court just struck down some legislative restrictions on Abortion in LA. The message is clear. Until we get a full court some moderates on the court are going to make the obstructionist regret their tactics.

This is huge. The court understands the constitutional crisis with this obstructionist tactics......very rarely will three of these justices vote this way.....once again the Republicans have stepped in it.

There are some major cases coming up which will be decided by a court which is clearly unhappy with the obstruction by the senate, but the worse part is that if they only had STFU and held hearings and simply delayed, these decisions would not come down like they are going to come down, and Trump could have nominated a justice which may have upheld the La law......this is just another example of Republicans no longer having competent folks guiding policy.....bone chilling stupid.
