By using solar panels made in China and purchased by ARRA funds – of course the Feds own rules were ignored so BHOs procurement folks could buy Chinese. Meanwhile U.S. solar manufacturers go bankrupt on borrowed tax dollars. How many more of these failed programs are there?

And on a different topic I really like how BHO bypassed Congress and fed stimulus money to schools – effectively doing an end run around existing laws. His maneuver was slick – he promised schools that if they took the money they could “ignore” federal law concerning student achievement. What a guy. Now I understand his ignoring the many transgressions of his “AG”, Eric “I don’t have to play by the rules” Holder.
