If that is indeed the case, why are refugees such a crushing problem?

The entire list, at the site above, seems more appropriate for a skit on Saturday Night Live than a serious missive from our Secretary State. Perhaps it was intended to be published 4/1/2016?

Secretary of State John Kerry had to work hard to make up that list and limit each heading to five words. No gaff, no accident. I think they actually BELIEVE these things they post. Do you?

By the way, President Obama is not in office, John Kerry is in office. Major difference.
