U.S. and China announce joint agreement on climate change

The U.S. and China will outline a joint vision Friday for an international agreement on climate change while each country commits to new measures for curbing their greenhouse gas emissions.
The announcement, to be unveiled during Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to the White House, is aimed at building momentum toward climate change talks in Paris later this year.
