CARLY for America, a PAC supporting GOP presidential candidate Carly Fiorina, put out a video after mainstream media reports challenged her statement at the second GOP primary debate hosted by CNN about the undercover Planned Parenthood videos with a fetus still alive, heart beating and legs kicking, before being dissected to sell its organs for research.

The video was posted after Fiorina’s statement on defunding Planned Parenthood at the second GOP presidential primary debate, where she questioned the character of a nation where Planned Parenthood is allowed to continue to sell aborted baby parts, and Congress does nothing to stop it.

Once again it was a total lie. There was no fully formed fetus. That fetus was not fully formed and completely complied with the law. When a fetus is three months into gestation....they are not fully formed, nor are they a separate human any more than a sperm and egg are a fully formed human. If you do not like the time table, pass legislation based on science. Do not play politics with the freedom of a woman not to be criminally charged for making a decision in regard to her body when a fetus lacks viability. I hate abortion. I want zero abortions, but using Big government to take over women's bodies is not the choice. Telling a woman the day after she has conceived a fetus that she must have that child is not the business of America. Telling people that a fetus if fully formed is clearly understood. That fetus was not viable.

Yep, the same person who believes that vaccination is harmful. I think the Supreme Court did a very good job of setting the parameters of life. If science changes, then the Supreme Court should revisit this subject. The fetus in Mr. Markle's video was not a fully formed Fetus. It was not viable. She lied. You are just letting your emotions interfere with your intelligence. Nobody wants abortion.....Nobody,..... but there are smart ways to limit it and smart ways to take care of those children who are born......not knowing what a fully formed fetus is or the benefits of vaccines I am afraid is not as easy of a task.

No, if i wanted extremes, I could argue that any man who whacks off is a murderer. A woman who cycles without conception is a murderer. A slippery slope of extremes. The Supreme Court chose science. I happen to think their science was bad. Abortions should never be allowed after the third month, but again that is my opinion without qualified science or a basis other than my beliefs. I am appalled that a woman can be made to have a baby because of a pregnancy because the government thinks they own the woman's body. They do not. Please do not talk to me about liberty ever again.....your position is illogical.

Your government can decide you can't smoke a weed so YOUR government thinks it owns you already...liberty is what you are willing to fight for..Cliven Bundy kinda gave us a glimpse of that.

Best Answer: Usually anything before 23 weeks cannot survive. Even at 23 weeks, many babies do pass away. There are some exceptions though and there have been babies that survived at 22 and one at 21 weeks. Babies born that early need very intensive care and will spend months in the hospital before coming home. My daughter was born at 25 weeks and spent 100 days in the NICU before coming home. While we were there for those 100 days I seen a lot of babies come and go and the earliest one that I saw survive was born at 23 weeks.
