WASHINGTON – There are gaps totaling five months in the Hillary Clinton emails released by the State Department, the watchdog group Judicial Watch announced Monday morning.

The revelation emerged after a court ordered the release of State Department documents as part of Judicial Watch’s effort to obtain Clinton emails under the Freedom of Information Act.

Emails sent and received by Clinton on her private server are missing over periods totaling five months, beginning when she took office as secretary of state in 2009.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said the gaps indicate Clinton lied under oath when she said all her emails had been turned over, and it suggested government officials had not turned over everything they were required to deliver.

Hillary’s Email Gaps: Another Blow to a Failing Campaign

The invaluable Judicial Watch released a report this morning on documents produced by the State Department relating to the department’s collection of Hillary Clinton’s emails for production in response to subpoenas and other legal requirements. As usual, the Obama administration defied the Freedom of Information Act and produced these documents only in response to a court order.

The report’s headline-grabber is the revelation that State Department employees identified significant gaps in Mrs. Clinton’s emails when they collected and analyzed them:

The first batch of documents obtained by Judicial Watch contains a heavily redacted email from State Department official Eric F. Stein to Margaret P. Grafeld, dated April 21, 2015, with the subject “HRC Emails.” Stein is deputy director of global information systems at the State Department and Grafeld is deputy assistant secretary of global information systems. Stein reports to Grafeld that the “gaps” in Clinton’s emails include:

Jan. 21 – March 17, 2009 (Received Messages)
Jan. 21 – April 12, 2009 (Sent Messages)
Dec. 30, 2012 – Feb. 1, 2013 (Sent Messages)

I see we're at it again.  

Either this woman is as innocent as a new born babe of everything she's ever been accused of and she is a brilliant statesman who helped restore America's greatness in the world.

Or she's a witch and an antichrist who was probably spawned by some godless union between Karl Marx and Hussein Obama and she's ruined civilization as we know it.

Methinks she's just some lawyer who happened to get into politics because having a spouse be the president let her ride those coattails.
But of course that doesn't fit the wrastlin narrative. And it wouldn't get the folding chairs flying on the Geraldo stage.

But why does anybody even care.  The latest polls which came out this morning have her sinking like a rock.  She's almost becoming a non-story.
If the democrats ever have a debate,  you'll probably see her at the kid's table debate with O'Malley before the real debate even starts.
