Last chance for Captain Run-Away: Why don't you simply answer your own rhetorical questions and then state your point?
By now, even you...well....know that when I throw something out there I have the factual answers. I have posted them before and obviously Progressives are slow to learn and quick to forget.
Progressives simply don't want the facts and truth to get in the way of their warm, fuzzy good feeling "solutions".
And there we have it. It turns out that Mr. Gump never had a point to begin with.
By a show of hands, who here expected Markle to coherently communicate a substantive point in his own words?
Anyone? Anyone? Don't all raise your hands at once now.
No rhetorical questions. Simple, factual questions which prove Progressives simply take their talking points from the DailyKOS or The Nation but never bother to do their own research so they don't even know how.
My Progressive good friends here whine about me copying and pasting because they cannot refute FACTS, from reliable sources put before them. They can't whine "YOU'RE LYING" because the facts are before them.
My guess is that you have found the answers and they are so adverse to your own beliefs that you refuse to post them and embarrass yourself.
To remind the lazy again:
What is the average income where one worker in the household earns the minimum wage?
What percentage of households depends solely on one person earning minimum wage?
Here are the answers, easily available to my Progressive good friends but of which they are afraid. FACTS CRUSH their fantasy illusions along with the unicorns and rainbows.
Primarily Affects Younger Workers Without Family Responsibilities
◾Only 2.9 percent of wage earners earn the federal minimum wage.[10][11][12]
◾Most minimum-wage earners are teenagers or young adults, not heads of families.
◾Over half of minimum-wage earners are between the ages of 16 and 24.[13]
◾Two-thirds work part time (defined as less than 35 hours a week).[14]
◾The average family income of a minimum-wage worker is $53,000 a year, less than the national average of $79,500 a year but well above the poverty level.[15]
◾Two-thirds of minimum-wage workers live in families with incomes above 150 percent of the poverty line.[16]
◾Just 4 percent of minimum-wage workers are single parents working full time, compared to 5.6 percent of all U.S. workers.[17]

I hope my Progressive good friends will copy and paste this for themselves so they don't continue to appear willfully ignorant every time the question arises.
