What cocoon do you live? A 16 year old kid can make 2k a day working a corner selling eight balls, and you think they cannot get an illegal weapon for 3k.......are you even slightly familiar what is going on with gangs and drugs? Or are you like the politicians and Chamber of Commerce in Pensacola who deny gangs exist so tourist are not scared?

You won't buy that on the black market when other weapons are far cheaper with more bang for the buck.

Again, if you think gang bangers are not capable of wearing vests or buying expensive arms and ammunition......I really do not have a lot to say. It assumes they are stupid and without money. The drug trade is very lucrative.
