Why didnt the Dems pass it when they had control of all three branches of government ?  You guys love to make the GOP look badm but even when you had nothing stopping you and a filibuster proof Senate, it was more important to use the political capital on the ACA and not immigration.  That makes the Dems a big lying group of losers.

Bush's executive orders were written to facilitate the police state we now live under, and Obama is just trying to screw America.

The vast majority of executive orders by the other two presidents were, by a huge part, cleaning up bills and so forth.

Now with our semi-retired President Obama, he uses his Executive Orders BEFORE laws are written in place of legislation.
