Is it POSSIBLE to believe that this was actually used at the "RANDOM VIOLENT EXTREMISM SUMMIT"?  Is it possible for it to be any more amateurish or community "organizerish"?  Probably not.  You just cannot make these things up.

Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson explained why President Obama and his administration refuses to use the term “Islamic terrorism” when describing groups like ISIS.

The thing I hear from leaders in the Muslim community in this country is, “ISIL is attempting to hijack my religion. Our religion is about peace and brotherhood. And ISIL is attempting to hijack that from us.” And they resent that. Most victims of ISIL are in fact Muslim. So it seems to me that to refer to ISIL as occupying any part of the Islamic theology is playing on a battlefield that they would like us to be on. I think that to call them, to call them some form of Islam gives the group more dignity than it deserves.

If the "MIC" were put out of business I wonder what that would do the unemployment rate?

I suppose all those gainfully employed people would just go on welfare - at least that way the remaining tax payers would get nothing for their tax dollars. Sounds like a good (typical) liberal plan.

Here's some historical facts to further confuse you:

For hundreds of years Jews, Copts (Christian Egyptians) Catholics and Muslims lived peacefully together in Egypt. Iran still has a Jewish segment that practices its own religion.

As for Muslims demonstrating their adversity to the butchery of terrorists like Isil and al Qaeda, explain if you will why Egyptian, Quatar, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia are bombing Isil positions in Syria and Iraq. And, further confusing your narrow, "Jesus is on our side" perspective, Iran has boots on the ground attacking Isil fighters inside Iraq.

As for your obviously inadequate knowledge on MidEastern affairs, try reading on the subject outside of books recommended by batshit pundits like Charles Krauthammer.

I was very impressed to find that Lockheed Martin is working to develop a cold-fusion reactor. In its so-called "Skunk Works."

I do wish them success and hope they manage this program better than they have the F-35 Lightning II fighter jet.

This is a example of a defense company using its talent and energy on something besides building weapons.

We need this kind of technology to eventually supplant petroleum in our energy mix.

The F-35 is a horrendous waste of money regardless of the variant.

I like their cold fusion effort and the associated use (if successful) in providing cheap power for desalinization plants. I would rather see the F-35 budget directed toward the C/F effort, the armed forces don't need another high cost shiny toy.

And you wish people would forget it happened. How is trying to forget 9/11 ever happened honoring this man who preferred to jump to his certain death as opposed to being burned alive.
