Isn't this the same bleeding pustule who wanted to forcibly quarantine the nurse who had just returned from fighting Ebola in Africa?

He is prostituting himself.......vaccinations work when EVERYBODY gets them.....this is not politics.....it is science, and if he is pandering to the anti science folks......he brings immediate harm to this nation and our children.....he is following Romney's 2012 primary strategy.....dumb down and say stupid stuff and win the primary....it is fundamentally dishonest.

The GOP has engaged in a concerted effort over the last thirty plus years to dumb down a large subset of Americans by convincing them that their enemies are science, critical thinking, and civic responsibility.

It's primary season and time to feed the mutants they have chained in the attic.

Bs... there can be nothing dumber than entrusting an all encompassing govt and ruling elite over your personal responsibility.

Especially given the failed history of such govts. That requires more faith than any religion.

The science of the measles vaccination is proven and effective. The genocide of Native Americans was largely two virus strains.....measles and smallpox. Science stands independent of government. Good government protects its citizens with good science. Bad government risks harm to their citizens with bad science. The choice is clear, and your paradigm is broken. Grown ups need to make grown up decisions, ideological children's tantrums are not policy.

lol

Like Pavolv's dogs, Pkr immediately begins rattling his chains and stomping on the floorboards demanding his inherent right to have diseased children.

He's hungry for FREEDUMBZ!! and LIBERTEEZ!!!

Maybe, little Randy will feed him.

I have no prob w vaccinations... I have a problem w leftist sheep that still can't recognize a failed ideology.

Here's real delusion: http://mobile.nytimes.com/2015/02/03/us/in-budget-obamas-unfettered-case-for-spreading-the-wealth.html?_r=0&referrer=

I would think the failed ideology is the one that promotes anti-government conspiracy theories to the point that it causes low info supporters to think that not vaccinating their children against a disease that should've been eradicated decades ago is a responsible "choice".

BENGHAZI!!!

So let’s review what Christie said:

“Mary Pat and I have had our children vaccinated and we think that it’s an important part of being sure we protect their health and the public health,” Christie said, according to The Washington Post.

He had his own kids vaccinated and thinks it’s important to do so to protect the public health.

“I also understand that parents need to have some measure of choice in things as well, so that’s the balance that the government has to decide," Christie added.

He said he also feels that parents should have a say and the government needs to consider that when deciding vaccination policies.

WOW! What a full fledged assault on vaccination!

You pencil necks sure have a way of blowing things out of proportion. What are you worried about?

Take this high speed San Francisco school where kindergarten costs over 20K per year and is populated with mostly liberal leaning "professionals", over 200 of which did not vaccinate.

Your typical broad brush approach fails again.

Accuracy and truth aren't the goal... talkingpoints, agenda, propaganda, demeaning, diminishing, demagoguery...

is the message. You know... elementary rules for radicals. I'm sick of the tactics... I'm sick of the useless idiot leftists.

I hope he lives long enough to lose everything he's worked and planned for.

And, what he should've said? ...

"Get the shots. Period. End of story.

Because if you believe some random internet guy or some minor celebrity who says vaccinations cause autism, when the scientific and medical evidence is conclusively to the contrary, then there's a 99.9% chance that you're a dangerous imbecile, who probably should not procreate for the good of all mankind."

Liberal or conservative.....vaccines are necessary, not a choice. For your information, I watched Christie live answer the questions on Vaccines.....sorry the anti vaccine message and the idea that choice is involved in not vaccinating children for school......personal belief posing as a religious belief exemption to avoid meeting the law is feeding stupid.

Oh and for Gator.....our resident non pencil neck tough guy....the Governor's office released a press release for his F'up"

The Governor believes vaccines are an important public health protection and with a disease like measles there is no question kids should be vaccinated."

by golly choice was taken out of that statement......pencil neck.....you probably are who I think you are, you are five foot five and a number 2 pencil neck. Butchmeup telling folks who think vaccines and science are important......growl.

Accuracy and truth aren't the goal.

The thread is about Christie saying vaccinations should be a choice.........what is not accurate, and who is telling a lie. Please note the Governor's office immediately contradicting what the governor said......vaccination of children for the measles is necessary.

Pk, you have no game.

Not as sick as I am of you. Everything that might bring positive outcomes is immediately discarded in your teensy weensy little brain as leftist, while the real villians...masters of war and financial servitude went completely unchecked, waged wars in our name and almost crashed the US economy while causing severe damage to other countries' economies. Meanwhile, you remain unconvinced that Hitler was a FASCIST. What a moron, with apologies to people with disabilities.

For the record, childhood vaccinations can be "spaced out" to avoid the complications that might be associated with multiple vaccines being administered all at once. And I'm still asking why a newborn infant should receive a vaccination against Hepatitis B, unless the parents have been diagnosed or exhibited symptoms. Otherwise, all children should be vaccinated, period, and parents should be required to provide a vaccination record when the child enters school...any school.

I think autism is caused by adulterated food and environmental pollution.

He is challenged.......he thinks that anybody who does share his contorted paradigm which he thinks is libertarian, but is really feudal, where he thinks blood inheritance and dictatorships are superior to democracy, and when democracy through elected leaders requires kids to be vaccinated before enrollment in school for the common good......the common good becomes socialism or communism. He is challenged.

Vaccinations are actually one of the few issues that can claim common good. Redistributive economics is not. I've never claimed hitler wasn't a fascist... I've stated the obvious that there's very little difference between the collectivist ideologies.

While flatex and seagoat think we are a democracy... the truth is that their progressivism and ideology is closer to fascism.

They just aren't smart enough to recognize the growing authoritarian State that controls nearly every aspect of our lives.

I am probably the only person on this forum who has spent the last forty years fighting government overreach. In the real world, I have corrected wrong. I have yet to see somebody who lives in an Ivory tower of contradicted dogma on the front lines......they live in Ivory towers, and have not done a damn thing for the common good. Government is only as good as those patriots work to insure the same......feudalism has no place in America.

If you knew me... you would know that I don't roll over for anybody or anything. I eat bullies like you for breakfast.

The only place in my life I have been called a bully is on the PNJ and here, where I destroy stupid arguments......so for stupid people.....yes, my arguments are lucid and cogent......and overpowering for low intelligence. Not one intelligent person on this forum has called me a bully. Sal and Boards and I have had knock down disagreements.....but not once did they feel bullied.....they are intelligent and TRUTHFUL. You however have repeatedly wanted to take your ball home, but too your credit, you have never ran away like others who have 10 watt bulbs.

Oh, and the bad asz routine really does not fit....you do know I have seen you, and you are a handsome tennis player.

Lol... handsome? I can't remember being called that in a long time... more like a weathered catchers mitt.

I didn't say either of you are particularly good bullies... but when you want to force your social agenda down my throat...

that's what you are.

2seaoat

A bully picks on those who are weaker.......a person who takes down a bully is usually stronger. In a forum format that means making strong and cogent truthful arguments. A person who calls another a bully is admitting their weakness and inability to make strong and cogent truthful arguments. I accept your surrender. I want your peanut butter sandwich and oreo cookies now that I know you are afraid.

This is what I think about autism. Most of us are in our 60's on this board and back when we were young we did not have mass media as today and anyone who exhibited what they call today sign's of autism was automatically labeled mentally retarded. I don't believe and never will there are more case's today than 40 or 50 years ago and we did not have the vaccination's as of today. I do believe that some people may have several allergic reaction's to vaccination's. I had one to my pneumonia shot last year. I do believe in being vaccinated but space them out.

Bs... what happens if I don't buy health insurance? What happens if I don't pay my taxes even though I oppose or don't like what I'm forced to pay for? Common good was never intended to mean economic redistribution. It means a benefit to all.

I don't believe you've ever resisted govt overreach... unless it was in your greedy self-interest.
