A federal judge ruled Thursday that police in Ferguson can no longer use tear gas on protesters without declaring an illegal assembly.

They will need to declare an illegal assembly before they can toss the tear gas

The local library support group is furious because the County commission decided to cut all support and they are picketing on the sidewalk. The police tell them they cannot protest and to disburse.....they do not disburse and the police use tear gas on the lawful demonstrators. As the Library group disburses from the tear gas some people begin breaking windows.

The library folks go before the judge to seek an injunction to allow them to protest without the tear gas. The judge agrees. This action has nothing to do with the criminal actions which were committed after the tear gas, rather the use of tear gas on basically lawful demonstrations..........and that is insane?

Why should we believe anything reported in this right wing, whacko blog site so often cited by the list of "we make big money tossing raw meat to our animal viewers" crowd listed above?

And the judge who issued the injunction against the killer cops of Ferguson using teargas before an unlawful assembly was declared and announced, was correct in her finding.

There are government agent provocateurs that often stir up the crowds and push them to commit felonies so they can jail the protestors ...it has been documented.
