Remember, you can buy a turkey cheap after Thursday. So the best strategy is to shop on Thursday and then have your Thanksgiving dinner on Saturday.

Catholic Guilt......it really exists. I planned an international flight on Thanksgiving morning one year. I thought getting out of cooking would be great. Guilt consumed me so I cooked the entire dinner on Wednesday.

The point of the thread is for folks to be able to see the newspaper ad early so they can plan out their shopping strategy.
I would like to be a Walmart greeter but I can't stay on my feet that long.

I would not participate in Black Friday if the stores were giving away merchandise, but I know a lot of people who enjoy it every year. To each their own!

I always shop early on Friday mornings. But not in retail stores because those prices are too high even on black friday. lol
