If that is true, why did Dubya keep most of the Iraq war spending off budget? It seems the Republican-controlled House and Senate of 2002-2006 couldn't find enough ways to spend money on a war that was supposed to be underwritten by Iraqi oil money (according to Paul Wolfowitz, anyway).PACEDOG#1 wrote:Dems cannot ever have enough money.
