As a native Kentuckian, I can answer this one.
It's because, outside of Jefferson and Fayette Counties, Kentuckians are as box-of-rocks stupid and David Duke racist as residents of the Redneck Riviera, that's why.

Why is PaceDog so concerned about Alison Grimes? Perhaps it is because there currently is only a 1% spread between her and McConnell?
