The person standing at the easel is NOT a qualified pathologist.

Dr. Michael Baden is one of the most respected pathologists in the world. Where the guy at the easel came from, I have no clue. Whatever it cost, I am certain that the results of Dr. Baden's autopsy is not what they wanted to hear. It settled nothing except that Michael Brown was NOT shot in the back as at least one TV station reported as well as others.

That Governor Jay Nixon was outrageous and no business whatsoever for making the statements he did. It was disgraceful.

Or it could be we learned something from the Martin case.....local skills may be inefficient to even be qualified for a murder trial. Certainly in my opinion the medical examiner in the Martin case was clearly incompetent.

This is what came out first, from his friend who had just helped Brown in his strong arm robbery.

"Still in his car, the officer then grabbed Brown by his neck, Johnson said. Brown tried to pull away, but the officer kept pulling Brown toward him, he said.

The officer drew his weapon, and "he said, 'I'll shoot you' or 'I'm going to shoot' " and almost instantaneously fired his weapon, hitting Brown, Johnson said.

Johnson and a bloodied Brown took off running, and Johnson hid behind the first car he saw, he said. The officer got out of his car.

"I saw the officer proceeding after my friend Big Mike with his gun drawn, and he fired a second shot and that struck my friend Big Mike," Johnson told CNN's Wolf Blitzer. "And at that time, he turned around with his hands up, beginning to tell the officer that he was unarmed and to tell him to stop shooting. But at that time, the officer firing several more shots into my friend, and he hit the ground and died."

There's pretty much a consensus from the eyewitnesses that the cop fired on Michael Brown as he was running away, and when he turned to surrender, the cop fully ventilated him.

Yep the reports from " eye-witnesses" Brown was running away and the officer, for no reason other than he was black, shot him in the back. This created a media frenzy sparking a violent protest and uproar. No facts.....just erroneous information.

There are five eyewitnesses who corroborate that account.

Including a woman who watched from her apartment and another who isn't even from Ferguson but just happened to be parked on the street when this went down.

But, they're all liars cause they're black.

Did he do that; has that been established? Do we know exactly what happened at the officer's car? Does what happened justify shooting him as he's running away?
