Pensacola's mayor declined assistance for the park's maintenance c/ped from the PNJ
We are talking about 40,000 dollars. A damn Kia auto can cost that much. What does it say for the Pensacola Area when this kind of issue arises. Maybe the City should not help the park. But it does not help our image when we have leaders quibbling over such small amounts of money. On one hand you have people blowing smoke about how great we and then when the rubber hit the road, it appears we are dead broke.
No one knows how to organize a golf tournament, 5 k run, or a Bake sale to raise money? I go to the Wall south a lot. It deserves better that this.........................
