Teo I believe that you have to post the "share" link in order for others to view it. If you post the link to your google account then we will not have authorization to view the document.

Teo, You can go to Start, then type "snip" and run the Snipping Tool, you can capture any image you want and save them to your drive, then upload them.

I pinned my snipping tool to my taskbar so it is readily available.

With the snipping tool, if it is on your screen, you can capture it. Here's a stupid example.
