I know, I sent my taxes to SR last week, and I wanted to bitch and moan.......but then I just started laughing thinking about my neighbors telling me what a dumb asz I was for paying my taxes on the beach and not joining the lawsuit. Simple pleasures these days bring smiles and satisfaction.

A friend from Alabama sold his place last month because the numbers did not even come close to working. His biggest fear was insurance and the taxes were not that big of a deal.
