Get her a large nyla bone, when you go to the bathroom pull it out and throw it and let her chew on it while in the bathroom. Either use it or buy medium size milk bones and as you walk her out to the car stop at the door open it and then throw the bone in on the seat. Doberman's seem to be anxious dogs I had one for several years and we had to put him to sleep last year (cancer) he turned out to be the best dog I'd ever had, not a mean bone in his body. He rode in the car but never tried to get up in front seat, but he did pant a lot while riding.
