That was a nice well performed song, and I have certainly heard worse songs nominated, but I honestly do not see it as an Oscar nominated song, but I would have liked to listen to the song in the context of the movie before passing judgment.

I probably should be thanking the deviants in Hollywood. This will insure maximum notice for this film and song .


The title track was sung by Joni Eareckson Tada, who is quadriplegic. Because her condition affects her lungs, her husband had to push her diaphragm to help her reach the high notes.
