Nothing confusing in the math. Identify revenue sources and contributions for Medicare for all, and set benefit levels to correspond with revenues.......it is all simple actuarial tables. Adjustment of the same periodically is the key with clear guidelines to keep it a stand alone insurance plan. Just for you who has severe governmentitis....we will assign the government interest to Smidley Whiplash free enterprise administrative pool where the most competitve bid within the current Medicare 3% overhead cost will operate the same.....you know keep evil government away.......
