Habitual criminal laid to rest.

The homeowner has a reasonable right to peace and quiet in the middle of the night in his own home.
I probably wouldn't have shot the criminal, but........
She was 19 years old and drunk: against the law.
She had marijuana in her system: against the law.
She was involved in a drunken hit and run: against the law.

The homeowner ended a crime spree and got arrested for it.
Why? Because he's white and he shot a colored criminal.
