Yep, post nazi crap and porn, and if somebody complains about either they are a turd. Chrissy will be back. You always come back. Her posting the porn was wrong, and she knows that. Your posting of nazi hate and filth is rationalized. You see, the problem is that most of us have been here for five or six years. We spend more time with each other than most people spent with their friends in high school. So when people get mad, there are always other good people here who people return to.........she is reading what we post right now. I will say the same thing I have said to her for years....if you are having a bad day, just take some time off.......everybody does, but it is good to think that you do not discern the content of a poster's threads.....no surprise.....you are only fooling yourself.

I guess I would ignore me to........I would be afraid to carry on a discussion with someone who thought I was a Nazi, and I had nothing to rebut the presumption. You sir have no integrity. Please show where I had anything to do with the threads which angered her to respond with posting porn. She has always argued with me and I have ALWAYS extended her respect and courtesy and have come to her defense when others did not, but I will not make excuses for childish posting of porn. She was wrong, and it was not something a well person does. If somebody pushed her buttons, it does not excuse the posting of porn.

However, I have noticed that when my argument is most lucid, I get accused of things which are not true. Your lies remain as your footprints on this forum. Now run away and hide, a coward dies a thousand times.

You did.......you went to an article that I had linked which the WORDS had something important, and you posted their pictures on the forum. You still are clueless as to why that thread was posted, but you posted their pictures and then you and others said I suggested that it was skipper. You sir have no integrity.

An honorable man would admit what they did was wrong. What you did was wrong. I never posted their pictures, nor was that ever my intent, but you turned that thread into something awful and I ended my participation.

I guess that explains some of your issues. You conveniently ignore facts which may not comply with your dogma and ideology. If you could burn some books, it might stop folks who believe in intellect, science, and truth,but this internet thing.......hard to burn it up, and hard to deal with someone who challenges lies and deception. Your fears are what they are. A hundred people who have no voice to challenge a nazi only need one person to challenge......the truth always wins, it does not require everyone to participate......just enough to get the word out.....it is out.

I never had a chance to develop the thread because T and Hallmark turned it into something else by Hallmark posting the photos of the people and then attacking me. You then suggested it was Skipper. Skip and I always got along and respected each other. We just had different takes on different issues. I had stopped my participation in that thread because it became ugly. Hallmark turned it ugly and then had the audacity like T on this thread to blame me for something I did not do saying I posted their photos.

Well lets get you taken care of Ghost. You seem to think the fact that the folks who called in the 911 calls were not arrested. You think that fact I am ignoring when I say that the formal announcement of an arrest is not the determining factor in a 1983 action for false arrest. It is not the ignoring of the fact that these people were not formally arrested, rather the knowledge that the actions taken without the formality of an arrest does not change the cause of action for recovery.

Carry on if you think I ignored your fact, and perhaps you might do a little reading on a 1983 action and understand what facts are important in the same determination of a valid claim by the victims.

Well... how do we know your intent? The topic of the article and implication that we may know the person is all we have. It was about a man and woman arrested for drugs... one of them we may know. That's pretty sensational in itself.

I'm sorry but the law itself even defines arrest and detention as two separate and distinct items. I also do get it that nobody, cops or the Patel's, ever mentioned arrest, only word mentioned was detained and for more than likely interference with the duties of a LEO.

My daughter was once arrested for attempting to speak to a friend the cops were arresting for being too loud at a concert....they said she was interfering....

In fact... it's you that support fascism as an economic/govt model. We've always called it progressivism here in the USA.

Yes Pkr when you let someone build his case on a false premise it is difficult to argue with them if not plain foolish. Fascism has come to America and those that espouse it are not much different from their Nazi buddy George Soros.

What you are not getting is that the distinction between arrest or detention does not matter if either are wrong. You give a Supreme Court case where you think a time limit is given for determination, as if any officer can take any citizen and their wife and put them in the back of a squad car, but as long as they are not in there for twenty minutes, it is a lawful detention. You are simply wrong. The court looks at the reason for the detention, not the time limit, and the law in regard to the same under a 1983 action has been clear since 1967. The Patels have a cause of action. They will not choose that course because of the business backlash.

What is the difference from posting a link to a photo and actually posting the Photo? None!! If you click the link you see the photo. I only did what you should have done. BTW Why did you post the link?
