most of the legal people there probably already have Medicaid. Its not going very good for enrollment.

They did a study on indigent peoples use of the ER for medical services and it showed that the majority of these people will not change their habits of using the ER for their medical needs.

And remember, there are not as many legal uninsured people as they try to hype it to be. so when you take away the illegals and then the youth who just don't give a fuck, then take away the working poor who are barely making $25,000 to $30,000 these people are not in a hurry to pay one red cent for anything, they are trying to make it. Because this group of people usually makes too much for foodstamps and everything comes out of their pocket as cash. so even $50 a month is going to make them turn their noses up unless they have some sort of pill addiction and theres a lot of those.
