Interesting article. I originally thought it was a play on words dealing with the federal reserve. However, this was a fun read.

ah this could explain a lot of things?

They stock piled helium under the white house. some leaked out, or perhaps taken out.

all their heads got light and air headed like, then they started to talk funny and stopped doing their jobs. because they all became a bunch of damn hot air addicts. Razz
