Following Bob's recipe for Crab Meat Stuffed Shrimp was simple and very delicious. Best and simplest crab meat stuffed shrimp recipe I've seen to date.
Maria's Fresh Seafood Market on Cervantes carries extra large prawns 9-12 per pound. These are mostly sold to restaurants and are not out on the counter with the other seafood. Best to call ahead at 850-432-4999.

....Except, I don't like either crabmeat or shrimp...

The only thing I'll eat from the sea is white-meat fish. Grouper, scamp, flounder, etc..... I love fish, but nothing else from the ocean.

Raw oysters can contain the bacterium Vibrio vulnificus, a deadly pathogen. Vibrio recently caused this woman to lose a leg:

Z, I have eaten scores of raw oysters, including those I caught and/or shucked. This lady had a compromised immune system. However, there are cases of shellfish allergy that are very real. Maybe you have such an allergy.
