Manning is going to be great fodder for the men who like men crowd in prison and Snowden would be better off to just eat some cyanide now than return to this hemisphere. Zimmerman has better chance of living.

Wrong again. Manning will be fine. He will be going to a federal prison, not to Sheriff Joe's jail out west. Snowdon now has exile in Russia and can renew his stay there on a year to year basis.
There are billions of people who do not live in America who don't find it necessary to take cyanide because of it. Snowdon will probably find him a nice Russian girl and settle down to a good life. He has computer skills, so he will be highly employable.
And FYI, a lot of people think of him as a hero.

Rapes happen in federal prison. He is not going to Saufley Field. He's going to Ft Leavenworth at best. Snowden's gonna get the same treatment the Russians gave one of their own recently-some radioisotopes.

Leavenworth houses the most violent repeat offenders in the federal system: murderers, rapists, armed robbers, international terrorists......no piece of cake.

Leavenworth is no Club Fed.

They may have to put him in solitary confinement, for his own safety. That would not be a pleasant experience either.
